We explored all options to improve this newly purchased family home which felt especially dark with poor flow. This included back and side extensions of varying size with different layouts internally. The brief was very specific so required a great deal of problem solving and exploration. The final design converted the garage to create a study and reading corner with a window seat, the dining room was knocked through to the kitchen and a  glass extension added. We added a downstairs loo, boot room and utility in place of a downstairs room and extended the first floor to create a larger bathroom, laundry room and increased circulation space
